[Review] Spycam Video/MP3/Camera Sunglasses

As technology progresses, we are getting stuff that, not-so-long ago, was out of science fiction stories. Mobile devices, MP3 players and DVD players were all things we could only dream of, 15 years ago. Now ThinkGeek now sells Spycam Video/MP3/Camera Sunglasses, but are they a dream come true, or a nightmare? I first saw the Spycam Video/MP3/Camera Sunglasses ("Video Sunglasses" for the remainder of this review), while reviewing the 1.3 Megapixel Spy Camera Sunglasses ("Camera Sunglasses"). Being able to only use one hand, I've never been able to use a video camera, although the desire has been there since high school. Having a lot of success with the Camera Sunglasses, I decided to give the Video Sunglasses a try.

[Review] The Last Airbender

Movie adaptions rarely live up to the epicness of their source material. The X-Men, Super Mario Bros., and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies are some examples of this, while the Lord of the Rings trilogy is something that has lived up to the source material. How does The Last Airbender fare -- does it blow you away, or is it just hot air?

[Review] XCM XFPS Rateup Adapter for PS3

Preferences: we all have them. Whether you like Coca-Cola over Pepsi, subtitled anime over dubbed, or dogs over cats. As gamers, some prefer to play shooters with a controller, while others prefer to use a keyboard and mouse. However you can't use a keyboard and mouse (to play games) on a console... Or can you? The XCM XFPS Rateup Adapter for PS3 aims to change that. Still, the question remains: Does it hit its mark, or does it shoot itself in the foot?

[Review] PSPgo

Within the last decade or so, whether it is due to slimlining or just new chipsets, video game systems have had many reincarnations, the latest most notably being Nintendo's DSi XL. However, last October, Sony released a new incarnation of its PSP, named the PSPgo, commonly referred to as just the Go (its model number is PSP-N1000, as opposed to other models PSP-1000, PSP-2000, and PSP-3000). But the question remains: Is the device good to go, or should we take a detour around it?

[Review] 1.3 Megapixel Spy Camera Sunglasses

Fictional secret agents, such as the iconic James Bond, have had cool gadgets like pen-bombs, laser-shooting wristwatches, and grappling hook belts. Now technology has gotten to a point where normal people (like you and I) can have such gadgets. ThinkGeek (a shopping site for geeks) now sells Spy Camera Sunglasses, but are they suitable for their intended mission, or should they be terminated?

[Review] Heavy Rain

For every action, there is a reaction. Whether we go to work and get paid, or don't study and fail an exam, everything we do has an impact on the future. This is one of the first lessons we learn in life, and it's the main theme of French developer Quantic Dream's latest title, Heavy Rain.

[Review] GACKT - "RE:BORN"

After 4 years without a new original album (2007's 0079-0088 was a Gundam cover album, and 2009's Slo-Pachinko Gladiator Evolution Original Soundtrack was just that -- a soundtrack), GACKT has returned with a new album entry in the RR (Requiem et Reminiscence) Project, RE:BORN. But does RE:BORN stand tall, or does it fall on its face?
